In a 4-Week Training Program you will strengthen the relationship you have with yourself and learn to FALL IN LOVE with movement!

What’s Included:

(1) 15-minute Goal and Personal Movement History Session

(8) 60-minute intentional, focused and FUN training sessions, 2 VIRTUAL sessions/week

Weekly check-ins and encouragement

Weekly “homework” to keep you moving in the direction of your goals

What To Expect:

Expect to complete a VIRTUAL 4-Week Training Program with renewed confidence in yourself, better understanding of how to use movement to generate positive momentum, and the ability to be autonomous, creative and excited about your own movement practice.
