Let me start by telling you what One-on-One Coaching with Move Together Yoga is NOT. It is NOT a weight loss program. It is NOT a “shave inches off your waist” and “increase your muscle mass” program – albeit these results are very possible!

One-on-One Coaching with Move Together Yoga is about building a more joyous, more confident, and more appreciative relationship with your body.

It’s about creating curiosity in your movement practice.

It’s about learning to move better – becoming more mobile, more stable, more coordinated.

It’s about falling in love with movement so that it becomes a piece of you.

And ultimately, it’s about giving you the FREEDOM to ENJOY YOUR BODY LONGER

And when it comes to reaching your goals, there is nothing more powerful than your will, your word, and the circle that you surround yourself with!

FAQs

Is One-on-One Coaching In-Person or Virtual? At this time I am only offering Virtual Coaching via Zoom.

What kind of equipment do I need? The only equipment you NEED is a device with a front facing camera, a Yoga Mat and a little bit of space (ideally 7′ x 7′ or more), but we can make whatever you have work! If you own Yoga Blocks or a Foam Roller, those can also be very beneficial to your sessions!

How long is a coaching session? Most sessions are 60 minutes, however your first session or two could be more like 70-75 minutes because I will be doing a lot of checking-in to make sure that what we are doing feels really good in your body.

How many sessions can I book? I ONLY coach people who are willing to commit – because if you’re not invested in your process, the process doesn’t work. We will discuss the Weekly frequency (1-2x/week) that is right for you, but there is a MINIMUM commitment of 8 sessions.

How much does One-on-One Coaching cost? Pricing is contingent on the number of sessions you book and the frequency of your sessions. We will discuss the exact numbers in your 15 minute discovery call.

What is your payment, cancellation and refund policy? I require all coaching sessions to be paid for, in full, upfront. Your sessions will not be confirmed until payment is received. All sessions start AND END at the scheduled time. If you are running late, I require notification. If I haven’t heard from you, I will only wait 10 minutes and then your session will be canceled and you will not be credited for it. If you need to reschedule a session for any reason, I require 24-hour notice and will be happy to accommodate you. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will count as a full session and you will not be credited. I do not offer any refunds, unless I, for some reason, am not able to uphold the number of sessions that you have purchased.
