Livestream Classes

The accountability, minus the commute

Your time is valuable, so we keep things efficient, effective and really make every minute count!

Move Together Yoga offers 3-4 Livestream Classes each week, all varying in focus and intensity, but all 45 minutes or less in length!

What to expect in each class:

Flow Workout (Tabata-Style)

A quick ‘n dirty timed circuit that combines elements of Animal Flow© Vinyasa, and Functional Strength! This is a great way to get GREAT reps, and also get your heart rate up!

Chair Flow

This class is done from a primarily seated position. By taking a seat we are able to find better depth and alignment within each posture, all while reducing the overall load on your joints!

Vinyasa Flow

A fluid class that uses breath to guide each movement, and a fluid transition to get from one posture to the next. It is equal parts restoration and power. You always have the option to make any flow more or less challenging.

Flow Workout (Mobility + Animal Flow)

A technique-focused class where it’s extremely important that you give yourself permission to be a beginner! You will learn a variety of Mobility Modalities, as well as Animal Flow© skills and drills, challenging your mind, while improving your strength, coordination and overall body resilience.
