How many times have you said, or have you heard someone say, “I just want to be happy”?

I listened to a podcast this past week that was discussing the difference between happiness and success – and that one doesn’t necessarily yield the other. The definition they gave for happiness really resonated with me.

“Happiness is how you feel about yourself when you’re by yourself. It’s how you understand yourself without a reflection or mirror of how anyone else is viewing you.”

So my question for myself and anyone reading this is, INDEPENDENT of others, where does that trough of happiness exist for you? What is the you that YOU see in that space? And how often do you go there?!

This week! We are consciously choosing a little more happy a little more often!!! – because every person in our life benefits from our health and happiness!
