Count the W’s

Sometimes the Weekly Focus is on Monday, sometimes it’s on Tuesday, occasionally it comes rolling in on Wednesday! I think most of you know that I do NOT have a “content calendar” for the Weekly Focus. I try to get a feel for what’s going on in the world, check in with what’s going on with myself – and then come to you real-time with honesty in where I’m at and what’s on my heart and mind!

So here we are, nearly lunch time on a Wednesday, sharing the Weekly Focus! 

If you’re an entrepreneur, a perfectionist, or just feel like it’s been a while since you’ve truly had a win – this one is for you.

I’m all about growth, setting goals, having a standard of excellence, but sometimes I think we rob ourselves of some momentum when we evaluate purely based on outcome.

This week! I encourage you to write down your wins! Big, small, business, personal, etc. – write down each step that you took this year that helped point you in the direction of the outcome you want.

When that pen hits the paper I think you’re going to find that those steps were GREAT STRIDES and you have a heck of a lot more W’s than you may have realized.

Steps turn into strides, strides turn into sprints – and that momentum is taking you towards your big WIN!

Recognize. CELEBRATE. Keep growing. And KEEP GOING!
